Back in 2018 the United States federal government passed "The Farm Bill". This allows sale and distribution of hemp and hemp flower that is under .3% THC by licensed growers. As long as these licensed growers keep to that .3 THC - any other cannabanoid from that plant is removed from the schedule I drug listing. Every vendor will have lab reports connected to their products. Make sure you look for them.
Hemp Flower and Cannabis is almost indistinguishable to the average person. I can tell the difference only because I have handled so much of it over the last few years. They smell pretty similar and are used the same exact way. The only difference is the THC levels. THC is what gives you the "high" feeling. However, CBD does still make you feel great. Its a full mood enhancer, pain reliever, sleep-aid, and so much more - especially when you find out what works for you best.
Most vendors will ship the entire law on a piece of paper with your items. I have never had any issues with buying anything in the mail.
