What does my new medical marijuana card provide me?

Just got my Nevada medical marijuana card and wonder what perks I get. Brother told me flower would be half off but that doesn't sound right and I can't find anything online to back it up.

I do know that I can grow my own now, get a tax break and buy concentrated edibles at better prices. What else?
