Weed heart attack symptoms?

I know 'weed heart attack' questions are common, and probably annoying, but I have been very concenered today. I am 21 year old Male, 5'9", 145 lbs, and having a normal heart-rate/blood pressure. I also take Wellbutrin and Clonidine if it matters.

Over the last month in isolation, I have had minimal physical activity and have been smoking multiple times a day (usually from a bong). Today I smoked a joint and after a few hours smoked a pretty large bowl out of my bong. About 30 minutes into my high I started experiencing INTENSE chest pain that radiated throughout my back, abdomen, neck, and arms. I also felt quite nauseous for a second and noticed I was quite pale and my hands and feet were cold. With this came pressure in my head and fatigue as well. Basically, I had all the symptoms of a heart attack and if I wasn't high I would have gone to the hospital. I have had this happen to me a few times to a lesser degree. The only time it was ever close to this feeling was when consuming edibles.

After 3 hours of this discomfort I was only feeling slightly better (I drank multiple glasses of water, made a snack, and took a shower). I decided to just take a nap and see if the feeling went away. I woke up after napping for 2 hours and still feel a mild chest pain akin to heartburn, a little pressure in my head, and a sense of fatigue. I doubt this could have been a heart attack since I am alive so many hours after on-set and have never been alerted of having any heart problems. Regardless, I feel like it has lasted so much longer than a panic/anxiety attack should. I know this comes up a lot but I have been searching the internet all day and couldn't find a case exactly like mine. Any guidance on what I may be experiencing/what I should do?
