VFire Vape not firing cartridge when powered on

I bought a cartridge from Claw called "Sunset Sherbet Hybrid" but it feels like I can't even inhale. When I place it into the VFire stick (charged and on), it does not fire and feels impossible to drag.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
