This deals section is for basically anything HEMP based that is under .3 THC. Why does this matter? .3 THC is the legal limit for hemp and hemp flower. The flower makes CBD, CBG, THC, and various other cannabinoids. In 2018 they passed a farm bill allowing the sale and distribution of hemp and cbd (under .3 thc).
