THC cart and pen on international traveling?

So, I wanna bring my pen and cartridge (with the weed wax inside) to China( From USA) Is it safe? Where should I hide it? Should I put it inside the unaccompanied baggage or should I have it in my personal bag? How do I make it less obvious for the X ray scan? Can dogs smell it? What if they found it? How would they know if it's THC wax or just nicotine juice? Pls help
