T-Breaks and Edibles - Totally different?

So we all know that t-breaks for like maximum re-start are around 20-30 days.

But that is for toking..

With edibles would it be different? We know how it gets metabolized and acts in the body is different.

I always find the "peak" of an edible high is not as intense as a smoking peak but although it takes a bit for an edible high to kick in (about 50 minutes to an hour and 10) it lasts soooo much longer.

Usually the peak is about 3 to 3 1/2 hours after dosing and lasts for about half an hour to an hour.

By 5 hours after dosing the big intense high is over but you get like a mellow body/well being mentally feeling in a light subtle way for like another few hours after that.

All in all it's fucking awesome and I have moved to almost all edibles.

Only problem.... Tolerance came on fast and hard.

Because it's different chemicals involved and totally different in the realities within the body in some ways am I looking at a longer tolerance break to get back to original status?

Do we have any community experience/understanding on the edible tolerance break side of things at this point?

I don't want to wait like 2-3 weeks and then do it and realize that my tolerance comes back super fast when I could have waited one more or two more weeks and just started totally from scratch.

Lol my finances are fucked cause of the whole covid thing so it's living month to month which honestly doesn't stress me out to bad when it's edibles and living easy with good people and good food in life but yah just want to make this count.

Good vibes to anyone that can help and hope all of you have a wicked good one. Thanks for taking the time to read :)
