I proclaimed 2020 to be for growth. I have my first personal best. I just did 100 squats in 15 minutes. Because I waiting on some computer stuff to finish up, I was bored and I have to work at 8 am tomorrow and I was not tired out from all the stupid computer related errands today which is dumb, so I was antsy. I have insomnia also. I’m all kinds of complicated. Which is another reason why I smoke. So I decided to do squats because I’m trying to get used to doing it everyday. And I hit my best in 15 minutes which blows my mind. 🤯🤯 2020 has been my year for many realizations in my life. Enlightenment from the bud.
