Smoked very intensely for the past 2 weeks, and got this brain fog/heaviness in my head? Has anyone had this before?

I’ve been smoking for like a year, maybe a year and a half, and I don’t think I’ve experienced this before. The feeling feels familiar but usually once your not high anymore it just kind of wears off. The best way I could describe it is as a heavy head, light dizziness maybe, and it almost feels like your “shlumped.”

With the virus going around the word it has me kind of nervous, but the thing is since I’ve had to quarantine, I’ve been smoking a lot a lot like 24/7. I would be at a consistent high and keep hitting my pen until 3 in the morning, and I would go to sleep beyond faded which I know isn’t the best for you. Even before this I was smoking pretty consistently but this was just pure wake and bake like no other, and I think the sleeping faded at 3am didn’t help either. I’ve been home all day, watching movies, playing video games bc I can’t go outside literally, and that probably plays a factor as well.

I stopped smoking today and I guess I’ll see how I feel tomorrow, but is this just normal brain fog or whatever. As I said it just feels disorienting kind of like a brain hangover of some sorts, bc everything else feels normal to me. This was all from a wax pen, but I’ve been using the same carts for like 2 months.
