Since 4/20 is approaching, I also have a question regarding that since I'm not too old in this city. Am I allowed to grow my Mary Jane on spot? If so, how many pots can I grow? Also, how do you think the situation will look like on 4/20? Some friends tell me that minding social distance, people still will gather in CBD.
