Question about tolerance for 4/20

So, I smoke dabs on the daily and really try to limit myself to cut my tolerance as I’ll generally go through .25-.5g a day. I bought a eighth of oil for 420. If I smoke it all in one day how bad will it f*ck up my tolerance if I go back to my normal ways? Stupid question but ay maybe reddit can help

TLDR does smoking a lot in on day severely damage tolerance
