Price of white widow seeds?

I am trying to buy them in bulk , 100 seeds Nirvana sell 50 seeds for 300 usd however bulk seeds bank sell 100 seeds at that price .

Can anyone guide me why theres a difference between price and how can i choose which is best? i would prolly need to buy more than 100 seeds in near future too.

they both are selling feminised .
