Pot prices since legalization.

I live in Vermont, and I know weed is gift based up here, I also know people who buy. Prices have dropped to $100-150 an ounce, down from 250-400. Whereas the medical dispensary want almost $400 an ounce. This doesn't have to be just legal state folk. Just wondering
