Well that sucks. Maybe they can do a check back of when it was scanned and where she was on her route. So sorry you have to constantly go through this with her
I had a similar issue with the carrier here last year. I called the postmaster general's office. I sat on him for a while but it was worth lighting up someone who could do something about it. The last thing that person wants to do is hear from pissed off customers. They're sure to reassign someone so they can get back to judge Judy.
The following week we had a new mail carrier. If you do call have the tracking numbers ready for the missing packages.

No I had another package that was in the box. I'm sorry I am but I just can't do this anymore. I'm calling it quits for now. I can't afford to buy another and I would be afraid to anyway. I see now why people that suffer in pain check out. No, I'm not saying I'm checking out so don't think that. My husband needs care, so here I am. I just, I'm tired of pain and I'm tried of crying and I really have been trying and for what. To basically just flush money down the toilet as I can't even get a package delivered so I can try the vaporizer. Guys I'm sorry I'm just in a bad spot and I am emotional right now. This was something I was really looking forward to and was so hopeful . That's all, and being in quite a bit of pain right now isn't helping the situation. I just need some time to try and get myself in a better frame of mine I guess. Thank you for trying to help and for the suggestions
I'm really sorry that you're at this point. I know it doesnt appear so at the moment, but things will eventually get better. We are all here for each other.

Oh we have!!! The whole neighborhood has. Here is the problem we face here. These are not true carries they are like brought on by the post office here. They are nothing more than regulars trying to pick up extra cash on a side line job and they SUCK! But still the local office they are contracted out from should be help resposible. You can never get anyone on the phone, they send it to voice mail and it then after a time disconnects. They are the worst! It shouldn't be allowed. But the postmaster does not seem to do anything. Thank you for the suggestion though.
And I hope that soon I a can, I will be in the same position when it comes to this dry herb vaping. Anything I can do I will. It's all about family and we ARE family here. @MrMeowgi I can't find the words to tell you how you have compltely turned my whole day and attitude around.
Yes you are, but you're also damn human and every damn one of has that point. Just because you are strong enough to finish the journey doesn't mean there won't be bumpy roads along the way. So get emotional, cry, scram, or whatever you need to do. We love all of you. Even the screwy parts.
I was referring to the regional director. Skip the locals, they have each others back. The key to getting sh*t done in a beurocracy is to piss off the guy or girl, that's high enough up the food chain to not have to take your call. - get that person on the phone and you'll see things happen.

I dunno if you’re into concentrates but I have a Honey Bee (insert model) that works with a regular box mod I could send your way. Comes with a clean coil, box, etc. and works great but I prefer my nectar collector.

Oh thank you sweetie! @MrMeowgi has a little something for me so I think I am good. It is always possib;e a neighbor may bring it to me. But we have suspected for awhile now that it is the carrier that is taking things. No way to prove it though I'm afraid. But you never know. If it happenes to show up tonight I will of course let everyone know. Thank you for your offer though that is very kind. I feel bad now that I made such a darn fuss over it all. I mean it's not like the world is going to end or anything.
