My Vape Carts are Always Clogging

I use legal vape carts from Denver dispensaries. Different places, not just one vendor and it seems that they all start clogging on me at some point before they're empty. I started a new one last night and it was clogged on the very first hit. I feel I'm burning a lot of concentrate heating them up enough to get a hit and then they don't last as long.

Am I doing something wrong? How do I fix or deal with this problem?
