I was contemplating trying some cbd cream or oil for sore muscles. I typically use a tenze unit, but some circumstances don’t allow for it.
what dreams do you use? Was looking for something to use intermittently and target specific muscles.

I've heard of CBD creams but haven't ever tried any.
I wouldn't mind giving it a try either of someone trustworthy would come along and confirmed that they work and give me an idea of what brand product to order.
I'm not trying to waste a bunch of money trying stuff that may not work.

I had enough of buying Vaping stuff that doesn't work right to last a lifetime.:D

Here
I tried some kind of muscle rub, I think it's called Envy? I'd have to look, but I'm too whooped to get up right now, but it's nothing to brag about, anyway. I love the consistency, even the fragrance isn't terrible, but I really got zero relief from it. I wanted something for my low back and my knees. I'd heard decent things about it, but... meh.

I got 2 different tins of CBD salve. One from Body 100, it was 50mg, unscented, another from Plain Jane, mild fragrance to it that I really like. The one from Plain Jane is quite a bit bigger, but still only 2oz., and also 300mg. I typically just use it on my hands after a really trying day, which is most, considering my job. Opening a lot of bottles all day long, stapling paperwork, dealing with zip ties, the list goes on... for 10+ hours a day, my hands hurt when I get home. Maybe it's just the fact that I'm massaging it into my hands, maybe it's the salve, but I do get a little relief.

Added benefit with the salve, once it absorbs (could take a bit), my hands feel so smooth! You may not care about that part, as much, lol. And, I swear it's doing something to help my nails grow faster. From the initial stress of COVID, riots, protests, stressful job, etc... I picked at my nails til I was miserable. They look so much better! Once I use this one up, I'll definitely get more.

@Jimi posted a recipe using fractionated coconut oil that he uses on his legs. I haven't taken the time to try it out, yet, sadly.

I still use it but my new batches I added dried Arnica flowers and feverfew to my infusion, works even better. I grow both of these herbs myself but they can be found online. They both grow easy and I get my seeds from Pinetree seeds out of Maine, Arnica Montana makes a pretty little yellow flower (the medicine) and it looks good in the flower garden.
