Long term effects of prolonged marijuana use

Hello all, I'm new to this subreddit and let me say beforehand; I've never smoked weed, but you are probably asking why I'm on this sub. My girlfriend is an avid marijuana smoker, every day she smokes 1-2 times, generally blunts but sometimes a bowl, or a joint. She has been doing this for the past year~ and does it for her medical conditions (anxiety, ptsd, and panic disorder). My question to you all, which I'm assuming you would know best, is what are the long term effects of this? She has no intention to stop and I don't think google would give me the same answers as you guys could. She's 17 if that helps anything.
