Is there an actual difference between Kushy Punch full spectrum gummies, and the Private label?

I was under the impression that edibles didn't make any use of the health benefits of full spectrum, the liver just processes the thc? and since both products have 10mg thc in each gummy, just get the cheaper full spectrum?
