So I have IBS and I need to make sure I eat enough fiber. Pot leaves seem to have lots of fiber, but I can't find any data on how much, or how much of it is soluable vs insoluable. Anybody got reliable data on this? All I can find is articles about how great it is for you and it's like, "Ok, that's great, but what's the amount?"
