How can I lower my tolerance??

I just don’t get baked like I used to. None of the edibles I consume have any effect on me. Dabs get me really stoned but I do t want to just dab all the time, it’s too much of a hassle. It’s hard to take a tolerance break cuz I just really like to smoke weed!
