Gummies for sleep

Brand new here and I already see how helpful and welcoming this forum is!

I am a terrible sleeper, so for years I have been experimenting with sleep aids. I live in IL where rec marijuana is legal. SO, I just purchased the gummies below. As you can see, ingredients are: CBN, CBG THC. I took one gummy last night, and it was way too much! My head was spinning and my neck became painful. (I do fine on THC gummies) I know that sounds strange! I see no side effects like the neck thing. :/ I will try a half gummy tonight, not giving up!

Questions:
Has anyone tried these, and if so, how did you react?
What is CBG?
What are the best gummies for sleep?

Thanks for any info you can give!

100mg is a pretty large amount of THC to begin with, that would most likely be plenty, then by the time you add in the 50mg of CBG & 50mg CBN that could be too much for a single use.

Here is some info on CBG:

I've been taking a 50mg Delta-9 THC Indica capsule from Trulieve and a 25mg Delta-8 THC gel cap
The brand of Delta-8 gel caps I use is these:

It's important to know which of the delta-9 types (Sativa, Hybrid, or Indica) is best for you.
Indica is supposed to help with sleep.

You may have better results with half (100mg total) or even a third (about 70mg total) of what you have there in the pic.

Thank you for responding! A little confusing, but this is what the packet says: 10mg THC + 5mg CBN + 5mg CBG Each. So, the amount you saw was the total of 10 gummies. And just this comparatively tiny amount was too much!
Thanks for the link to Delta 8. I am thinking it has *no* THC, so that's why I can have it mailed to me. Of course the Delta 9 has to be picked up. Is this correct? (my head is spinning from all this new info) I may end up trying the Delta. It seems to help people with sleep problems, and I am glad you told me about it. So Delta is sold with and without THC? I apologize for all the ??? !

Delta-8 is THC but it's not Delta-9. it's made from CBD instead.
It works great though. I'd say it's about as half as strong as delta-9 but without some of the anxiety that comes with it.
The Indica capsules have to be picked up from a medical or recreational shop unless shops have delivery in your area.

Delta8 has been described as "Weed light" by many people. For me it's like D9 but without the antsy anxiety feeling that comes with it. This is the reason I started adding it with my D9 Indica capsules. the D8/D9 mix seems to help relax me more than with the D9 alone.

Anything at the site I linked you to comes in the mail and is legal in most states.
I found this online so Delta-8 THC is legal to order to your state.

This sentence you wrote: Delta-8 is THC but it's not Delta-9. it's made from CBD instead. To clarify is Delta-8 made with THC or is Delta-9. I am easily confused. :)
Thank you!

Delta8 THC is a little different than Delta9 THC but they are both THC.
D9 is extracted from Cannabis, D8 is extracted from the CBD plant
