For those who dont know this is a feeling of a lump in your throat, for me it feels like this lump is moving up and down my throat even under my mouth and it is sometimes painful but mostly just very uncomfortable.
The last 2 nights I have gotten this sensation really bad. First night lasted about 30 minutes after I smoked. Last night was about an hour of that straight. I have never got this sensation before, and I have been smoking for about 2 years every night now. At some points the sensation felt painful and of course the whole time it was very uncomfortable. Why is this happening and is there anything I can do to prevent this/stop it? Starting tonight I am cutting back how much i smoke and will keep cutting down if not stopping because this sensation ruins smoking for me as I primarily use it to go to bed, but that lump in the throat keeps me up. thanks
