Dosage control. Am I right?

Let's assume, for easy math and to be safe, that all weed I have is 30% THC (which is on the high side) and I plan to smoke it in a bowl. I want to control my dose. Let's say I have a scale and start with 5 mg of THC? Theoretically, all I have to do is divide, right? 5mg/.30 = 17 mg flower. If I smoke that entirely then I know I ingested at max 5mg THC since it'll be rare for any bud to be past 30% THC.

Anything wrong w my logic here?
