Seems that some CBD which is supposed to be THC FREE contains some trace amount of THC

One of my coworkers who bought some CBD which was advertised as to be THC Free was not!
He used it for back pain and relaxing to sleep better at night.

He was terminated for failing a federal drug test for THC because of this.

Please post any CBD that you know for sure is THC Free. And any independent or product lab tests on the product would be helpful also.

Here
That's terrible, Smokie! I hope there's something that can be done for those that choose to use something that is completely legal without being in fear for their jobs. Where I work, they say we have random drug testing, just to intimidate. We don't random drug test.

Smokie CBD alone can trip a blood test for THC. They are very close. depending on the testing and who is doing it.
I bought some CBD liquid to vape which was advertised as THC free, and had a drug test which came up negative for THC.
It may depend on how much you use daily, weekly etc. Not sure!
But seems to me if advertised CBD free, and some vendors also stated you will pass a drug test using.

Unfortunatily you need a small trace of THC to make CBD really effective. If they are selling you THC free CBD its not nearly as effective as CBD with trace amounts of THC. THe THC is required to set off the spectrum of cananoids which all have specific things they like to treat.

I know the CBD I bought just made you mellow. It did not make me sleepy or take any pain away.
So I guess your correct in saying you really need some THC in it to work better.

But for those who get drug tested THC free is better than nothing.

This is true.
Some places test for THC but some test for cannabiniods and CBD is a cannabiniod so that would come up positive.

The police are having issues from what I read because they have outdated tests from the 1960's that can't tell the difference between 0.3% THC and 23% THC.

From what i'm gathering the current testing only has the capability to tell either Yes THC or No THC.

Since this is your employment I would unfortunately have to suggest buying CBD only products.
Vape liquid that uses CBD isolate (pure CBD) would be an option.

This is very unfortunate because you need a massive dose of CBD if it's not full spectrum.

You could try tracking down a vapeable blend of CBD isolate and terpenes maybe?
I'm unsure of any THC free broad spectrum options.

The only CBD pre filled cartridge company that I currently trust (Smplstc CBD) has <0.3 THC on the label so that wouldn't work.

Maybe someone else knows of a trustworthy company/brand that has 0% THC Pre filled CBD Cartridges?

I just noticed that this brand right here says it has zero THC:

As someone who grows I am thinking that this aspect could have something to do about it

"Potency: 25:1 CBD to THC ratio (depending on time of harvest and climate variables)
"
I c/p'ed this from a seed company. I have seen crops vary by amazing amounts and I am sure the company's selling flower just test a few plants of a strain and that is the percentage ratings of both CBD and THC. So many factors can effect a crop or even an area of a crop. There is a lot of times that I have grown clones of the same plant and in every batch you always get that "one" that is better than all the rest. Grown outside like CBD farms do even the dirt in that square meter or two might be more or less fertile and that makes a night and day difference.

SO anyone using CBD and works for a place that is real strict please keep this in mind
