There is a lot of misinformation out there about CBD and how its used. Many would have you believe its as simple as eating a few gummies and your helping your body.
That is the farthest thing from the truth.

Your body must be saturated with CBD for it to work properly. This means daily regular usage. This takes time. For most people about a week. After that you will most defiantly feel the effects. Once you start feeling the effects you will begin to experiment. Try to dial in your perfect style or combination of products.

Saturation is key! Make sure your using a whole plant or full spectrum cbd when starting.. Most packing will tell you its whole plant or spectrum. If you using flower then of course your getting whole plant :).

I'm curious about something. I've been using flower daily since early Dec. 2019. Most days, I'm really only able to use it once, after I get home from work, using a dry her vaporizer, just because of my crazy hours. When I'm not working, I'm using it several times a day, just hoping that will also help. Even if only once a day, do you think this helps with saturation?

Good point, Huck. I’ve been using it now for about a year, off and on. I wonder if the saturation point is when you feel like you’ve reached your tolerance, which happens to me after about two weeks, more or less.

Joe, do you think CBD flower works better if we use the same strain for a while? Or is it okay to try all different ones on a regular basis?

Switching up is always best from my understanding. They each have their own personality and you'd get used to one quicker using just one than you would using multiple strains. Same with thc and kratom as well.

Good, because I bought a lot of different strains and I’m always switching them up or mixing them. It reminds me of using different juice. I know people like one juice for an ADV, but I’ve never done that! Thanks, MM.

Oh, I got the hemp wick thing explained. I’ll be getting some, for sure.

Daily use. Especially flower is enough I think. But if you feel it's working for you then that's all that matters.

Thank you.. I began wondering if it was necessary to use different methods of delivery, as well, so I'm probably overthinking it. CBD coming at you from all sides, lol.

Can you clarify on daily use?
How often daily?

My biggest issue is pain at night, so that I can sleep, instead of staying up banning spam 😂😂
Seriously, I'm busy enough during the day, usually that the pain is usually more annoying than debilitating. At night, when I get in bed is when it really flares up. If the weather is changing the daytime is equally miserable. However, if I use flower just at bedtime, would that be enough? Or would I be better off using flower multiple times throughout the day?

When I first started I was using about 2-3 bowls of dry herb vaping a day.
