If they wanted to seize your cbd package they could. More then double legal thc limit for cbd.. for me it's no biggy but for some it may matter. Will you have a psycoactive effect? No. I'd say more then 2% you could start feeling something if have a beginners tolerance. This is from plain Jane

I researched this.
The vendors think that the farm bill only includes Delta 9 THC and THCa simply "doesn't count"
I think they are wrong but i'm glad we've been getting away with it.
