Can I still eat them?

I was wondering if you can still eat expired weed gummy candies, or weed chocolate candies from a weed store. I have some past the expo date I have been told they would be fine if not moldy/hard/stale etc... Some people told me they would just be less strong etc... the marijuana store near me is closed till the Coronavirus goes away or for the next few weeks/months, till further notice. Just curious but would be the best thing to do with them, keep them and eat them or toss them and wait to get new thanks.
