Thought I'd post a few pics of my (California) outdoor garden last year. Original feminized seed from the Attitude Seed Bank in the Netherlands. The strain is of a Bubba Kush plant crossed with a strain called Pure CBD. It produces a lighter Kush effect while having rather high CBD content.

A mother plant was created in a Flora Grow block and placed in a homemade 5 gal DWC (deep water culture) system. The mom lives in this bucket with GH Flora series nutrients at 1/2 strength. Indoor environment with a couple 18" SHO flourescent fixtures.

Cuttings were taken, dipped in rooting hormone and placed in Flora Grow blocks in a homemade aeroponic cloner. Roots develop in less than 10 days. These cuttings are placed in quart containers with soil from the outside garden area after they are about 6" tall. They stay indoors until the middle of May - when they get transplanted outside.

Enjoy-

Very nice! I am about to harvest my first indoor grow. Then April I will start plants in my grow tent then move them outside in late May. In Canada so we have a short grow season. Two crops a year is more than enough for my family. We have a four plant maximum here but it is at least something. CHEERS!

Hope you can take advantage.

They changed the laws in Cali - the first set of laws were medical only & allowed you to start a dozen seedlings and bring 6 to maturity. Now it's just 6 plants allowed per the recreational law. I had a doctor recommendation for several years before the new law. No need any longer.

Currently I have some indoor activities going on. I wonder if anyone might be interested in a thread about:

  • How to create feminized seeds from an existing female plant
  • DIY hydroponic items
  • Drying & Curing techniques
  • Inexpensive DIY home water filtration & storage; store 40 gal, nearly distilled water quality <$100

I've PM'd a mod about getting a vendor forum setup - they said they're waiting on banners. Last I looked, there was only one vendor. They're still working on quite a bit, I think.

I'd like to start making some DIY & instruction threads like the above list in my sub forum when they get things going -
