Beginning grow op in illegal state?

Hey I have thought a little bit about growing some weed here in ND. I figured I could grow a few plants and off it to some associates to sell but then I saw the 3-10 years and a 20,000$ fine. I dont smoke anymore but am exploring many investment vehicles and a small grow op would be pretty cool to start. Any ideas on how to crack into the business, again i havent done a sh*t ton of research just doing a bit of brainstorming. How would you do it?
