Anyone use patpen carts?

I’ve got a cart that doesn’t work too well, but am about done with one that did. Is there any practical way to transfer the oil from one cart to the next? The top unscrews and you can take the little nipple top off to expose a hole where it could drop out, but it doesn’t leave even after holding it upside down for days
