Great!! I got a magical butter machine I will start using later this week. Am starting with butter and infused coconut oil.
Really looking forward to seeing some good recipies-esp. body product/topicals etc. Your to do's so far have been great-nice complete accurate recipies-unlike those I have been finding.
That's great, might want to try "Green Dragon" tincture

Interesting- The article does say topicals may avoid enzymes, and refers to involvement of healthcare team. Perhaps your provider can give you some more insight.
I'd like to think so, but....

Maybe try not to take the Mobic when you try the topical. Or possibly try another pain reliever, even something like White Willow bark or Turmeric when using the topical.

Most doctors are clueless when it comes to CBD or anything natural, imho.

So I finally got around to making a batch of coconut oil that I had planned on making bath bombs with-but-after reading a lot of possible problems with it-Clogged drain-mine is very slow-have to get fixed first. Also a very slippery tub-which I think would be worse due to slow drain-gonna have to use for something else with it,which wont be any problem. Next up is butter-need a few things first. Must make @Jimi caramels.

I can't wait to see all the neat things you make. I may put the machine on my wish list for a birthday or whatever :) I need to find a way to decarb with less smell ( if that's at all possible ) I am going to try the odorless stuff from PJ next month to see if that might be an option. No way my hubby is gonna be able to deal with the smell in the house.

I'm not sure about their odorless-just can't believe something doesn't suffer in the quality-even though they say it doesn't. I did put some thoughts in an incorrect thread this am-maybe concentrates? about mbm. You must use a min. of 2 cups of carrier per batch, and it seems like most users use a 1:1 ratio. That's 2 oz per batch. Granted a batch can make a ton of stuff-but I am really starting to think it would be nicer to have an Ardent-pricey but you can work with very tiny amounts. Also decarbs- Also don't have to beeak anything up(not that is an issue) .For no/less smell decarb have read-either here from @Jimi or @5150sick and or somewhere else-you can put in oven bags or do in a canning jar-probably better a better outcome than the odorless. Also there are other smaller infusers out there @5150sick has one-he has a good posts about it somewhere here.Had I done more homework I,m not sure what I would have done.

I really need to get some jars.

I have a lock box and would like to get 8 to 12 small glass jars that fit inside.
It's about 10" deep X 14" wide X 6" tall

A case of 12 Ball Regular mouth 8 oz (Half Pint) jars is 12" x 8.75" x 4" so they would all fit.

I see Target has them pretty cheap...

I may have to swing by target to see the in store price.;)

For the smell,

These type of airtight boxes are great for that:

Invicta has a waterproof box that comes with some of their high end watches.
It holds three watches.
You could take the foam out of the bottom and use that if you happen to have one.

On the cheap,
Google: Smell Proof Bags/Containers

On the Free,
An empty Peanut Butter Jar will work :)

Yes never put any coconut oil down any drains, it will plug them up tight.

This confuses me-why are the bath bombs made with coconut oil so popular if they block drains? There are like a zillion recipies for them.

Do they call for defractionated coconut oil ( the kind that stays liquid)? Defrac'ed coconut oil won't clog a drain like regular coconut oil. Many people don't even know what Defrac'ed coconut oil is, (I didn't either till I got into essential oils and making topical's out of them.

That stuff I made with the reclainm ( the first batch ) I still use that. I rub it on my knees before I get into bed and it does seem like they are less painful in the middle of the night and in the morning. Maybe make up some of that and try it on your hands?

Also the second batch I did with the fresh stuff in the mason jar with the coconut and water? No smell at all sitting in hot water in the slow cooker for 6 hours. I waited till it was completely cooled before opening the jar but it was still liquid enough to strain and then put in a tupper ware in the fridge to solidify. Then just did the poke a hole on each side and let the water drain out
