Am I doing something wrong? New(ish) to medical marijuana and have a question

I go to the Trulieve dispensary in Florida and have a vape pen called a silver button battery. I had a mystica before that. I keep encountering the same problem. I’ve had multiple cartridges stop working. I screw them in and then just nothing comes out. The one I just tried to use was just working like twenty minutes ago and now it’s not but a different one still works. I feel like I must be doing something to break them but I don’t know what it is. It keeps happening though. Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you
