I used to smoke every night for about a 3 month period and honestly, I didn't suffer much because of it. I got all my work done beforehand and so it wasn't interrupting my life, per se.
However, I noticed that I was always just waiting for my next joint, as if life wasn't complete without it, and since I was being moderately responsible, I never had a reason not to smoke.
Despite this, I don't want to feel like I'm not fully living if I'm not high.
I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to remedy this? I was thinking maybe if I just smoke once a week or so, maybe even less, that might do it.
Anyways, any feedback is genuinely appreciated, thanks in advance.
